1. General Provisions

1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Photo Editor (hereinafter referred to as "We/Us"), governing your use of the Photo Editor website and all AI image generation services provided by us (collectively referred to as the "Service").

1.2 This Agreement complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) (US), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (US), and other applicable global laws and regulations, as well as the advertising policies of Google Ads and TikTok For Business. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, you shall immediately stop accessing or using the Service.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify, update, or supplement this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the homepage of the website and notify you in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect shall be deemed your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2. Eligibility for Use

2.1 The Service is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct when accessing or using the Service. Minors (individuals under 18 years old) are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Service.

2.2 If you are using the Service on behalf of an enterprise, organization, or other entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

2.3 We have the right to verify your eligibility for use at any time. If we discover that you are a minor, we have the right to immediately deactivate your account and delete all data.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

To use the full functions of the Service, you need to register an account through Google Account or email. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and remain responsible for the security of your account and password.

3.2 Account Use

You shall use your account in according with this Agreement and laws. Prohibited acts include fraud, disseminating illegal info, transferring your account to third parties, or using automated scripts to disrupt the Service.

3.3 Account Cancellation

You may apply to cancel your account at any time by sending an email to:

After receiving a valid request, we will complete the cancellation and data deletion within 3 working days.

4. Service Use Rules

You shall not use the Service to generate, upload, or spread any content that violates laws, including:

  • • Content endangering national security or unity
  • • Pornographic, violent, or terrorist content
  • • Infringement of intellectual property or portrait rights
  • • False, misleading, or defamatory content
  • • Violation of Google Ads or TikTok For Business policies
